When the matter was called, on 09-11-2015, there was no appearance for the petitioner, as such this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' for today i.e., on 16-11-2015. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
