Balamohan Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the respondent-bank has issued a sale notice; and as the said sale notice is also required to be subjected to challenge, the petitioner be granted liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition, and file a Writ petition afresh questioning the sale notice also.

Granting liberty as ought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
