Sri Sd.Arif Basha, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 20.10.2016 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'. As such, the matter is listed today under the said caption.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for.
