This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. questioning the orders dated 20.01.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.78 of 2015 in C.C.No.150 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parigi, Ranga Reddy District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri D.Krishna Murthy submitted that the purpose of filing this revision case has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
