HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21717 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the caste certificate issued by the 5th respondent in favour of the 6th respondent that she belongs to BC-A community, though she belongs to BC-D as illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to select and appoint the petitioner for the post of Assistant Professor (Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics) reserved for BC-A category in place of the sixth respondent.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, by recording the said memo and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment of Assistant Professor (Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics) in accordance with rules. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
