The instant Application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the halfyearly accounts of M/s. Marine & Communications Electronics (India) Ltd., (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2017 to 30.09.2017 along with the auditors' report dated 17.04.2018 of M/s Padmanabha Rao & Company, Chartered Accountants. Perused the auditors' report with the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors' report are taken on file.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
