THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6734 of 2013 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking action against respondent Nos.5 to 7, inspite of their complaints made before respondent Nos.2 to 4 on different dates, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

A counter came to be filed by the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 stating that a case in Crime No.81 of 2013 of Kurnool IV Town Police Station came to be registered against respondent Nos.7, 6 and another for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. 4.

In view of the above circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and hence the writ petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
