THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2316 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non implementation of order, dated 02.09.2015, in W.P.No.13233 of 2013. This Court passed a detailed order in the aforesaid Writ Petition and operative portion thereof reads as follows:

"In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit an application to the fourth respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, if the petitioner fulfils the conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014, the fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two months thereafter, by taking into consideration of the application of the sixth respondent."

2. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner submitted a representation on 10.09.2015 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenali and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenali passed order on 28.12.2015 rejecting his request.

3. In view of the same, it cannot be alleged that the order of this Court was not complied with.

4. Accordingly the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 28.12.2015, if he is so advised. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
