When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner, having produced a copy of the order, dated 25.06.2018, addressed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Comp-I) to the Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Maneckji Wadia Building, Nanik Motwani Marg, Fort, Mumbai, stated that, the order under Section 32 Cr.P.C issued vide letter, dated 06.06.2018, is revoked with immediate effect and that, in view of the said subsequent event, no orders are required in this Writ Petition.

Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
