THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.8263 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the case of the petitioner for the post of Junior Line Man on contract basis in Warangal Circle, as per Rule 3 of A.P. Electricity Department Operations Subordinate Service Rules, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
