THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15828 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.577 of 2012 of Pahadisharief Police Station, Cyberabad District.

On written instructions, dated 13.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, referred the same as "false" on 30.04.2016 and filed final report before the Court concerned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
