Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.D.Madhava Rao Counsel for the respondents: Mr.D.Ramesh, Special Government Pleader (AP) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The petitioner, who has admittedly raised a building in violation of the sanctioned plan, has received a common notice-cum-preliminary order under Section 115(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 (for short 'the Act') to show cause why an order under Section 115(3) of the Act shall not be passed confirming the preliminary order within a period of seven days of receipt of the said notice. further against the illegal construction.
