THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2448 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter was listed on previous occasion on 05.08.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, this Court adjourned the matter by one week.

Once again, the matter appeared on Board on 12.08.2016. On that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the civil revision petition.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this civil revision petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
