HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition Nos.6607 & 6610 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

In view of the memo filed by the Public Prosecutor having sought Passover in the morning, at 2.15 P.M. of the respective petitioners-A10 and A12 were apprehended today in Mumbai, Maharashtra State and were produced before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai and on transit warrant they are being produced before the concerned Magistrate. 2.

Recording the above, these Criminal Petitions are closed and liberty given in view of the arrest and already produced atleast for transit warrant before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai supra. Remedy is to maintain the regular bail application.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
