HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.3816 of 2009 ORDER :

Though this writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in not issuing call letter in spite of specific direction in W.P.No.25271 of 2001 dated 28.7.2003, learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner was directed to appear in Rajendranagar Depot vide proceedings dated 4.4.2006 for engagement on contract basis as Contractor and accordingly, he reported on 7.4.2006 and his services were regularized with effect from 1.1.2010. In view of the said fact, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the matter shall stand closed.
