When the matter came up for admission on 27.10.2014, this Court while issuing notice before admission granted interim stay of proceedings before the 5th respondent. Thereafter, though counter and vacate stay petition is filed, now both the counsel stated that the first appeal vide AS.No.73 of 2014 is filed against the Judgment and decree dated 07.08.1985 in OS.No.143 of 1985 and the same is pending on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District and that the proceedings before the 5th respondent can only be proceeded further only after disposal of first appeal in AS.No.73/2014. Recording the submission of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent not to proceed with the mutation proceedings, till the disposal of AS.No.73/2014 stated to be pending on the file of III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District. After disposal of first appeal only, further action, if necessary, may be taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending shall stand closed.
