HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7207 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.189 of 2017 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Chennur, Adilabad District. 2.

During the course of hearing, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the concerned Magistrate to dispose of the CC as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Chennur, Adilabad District, is directed to commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.189 of 2017 on his file, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
