Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for H.M.D.A., for respondent nos.3 and 4. 2.

Admittedly, the petitioner in his on-line application for building permission made on 29.05.2017 to the H.M.D.A. mentioned the name of the Executive Authority to be intimated as the Executive Authority of the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat.

The H.M.D.A. having granted technical approval on 12.03.2018, however, informed the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent-Gram Panchayat and not the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat for grant of sanction for permission. 4.

This appears to be a clear mistake on its part since the petitioner's application is to be considered by the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat and not by the 3rd respondent-Gram Panchayat. 5.

Therefore, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action on the basis of the proceedings dt.12.03.2018 addressed by the H.M.D.A. to it within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
