No representation for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Srikakulam, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.216 of 2015 and the same was ended in acquittal by the judgment, dated 12.04.2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
