Gulam Ali Dashti S/O Mohamed All Dashti v. The State Of Telangana Represented By Prl. Secretary
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38883 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue and, with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to conduct survey fixing boundaries in respect of land in Sy.No.238, Puppulguda Village, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy District.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite his applications dated 22.08.2016 and 27.10.2016 to respondent No.2 seeking survey of the subject land, no action has been taken till date.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that, if the application is made through Online, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. In view of the fact that the petitioner has since not made the application to respondent No.2, for conducting survey in respect of the subject land, through online, I consider it appropriate to permit the petitioner to make an application afresh to respondent No.2 through online in which event, respondent No.2 shall consider the same, after putting respondent No.3 and other interested persons on notice and giving them an opportunity of being heard, in
accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
