HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 887 of 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The present criminal revision case is filed questioning the order dated 27.10.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.452 of 2012 in M.C.No.87 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court, at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District allowing the petition in part awarding a sum of Rs.3,500/ - each to the respondents 1 and 2 towards maintenance from the date of the petition.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 to the effect that M.C.No.87 of 2012 itself was disposed of long back i.e. on 23.01.2017 by the Court below. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed Crl.R.C.No.629 of 2017 before this Court and after hearing the same, it was also dismissed. A copy of the said orders has been placed before this Court and the same is made part of the record. In the light of the same, no further cause would survive in the present criminal revision case and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand dismissed.
