This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to petitioners/Accused in the event of their arrest in connection u'ith Crime No. 172 of 2O2l of P.S. WPS 1, Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-,{ and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that already notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners does not dispute the said statement, however, submits that petitioners have been called to the police station every day on one pretext or the other. 4.

This Court is not in a position to appreciate the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners as the police are at liberty to summon the petitioners for the purpose of investigation into the said crime.

Since notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. has already been issued, without going into the merits of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - police to follow the procedure contemplated there under and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v, State of Blhcrl scrupulously.
