With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is disposed of.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition is filed declaring the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in considering the applications dated 30.08.2010 and 31.03.2011 made by the petitioner before the third respondent as illegal, irregular and improper and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the application made for eviction of respondent Nos.5 and 6 and for restoration of possession in respect of land to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents situated in Sy.No.722/2 of Pedda Kandukuru Revenue Village.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representations dated 30.08.2010 and 31.03.2011 before the third respondent the same are not considered till date. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there is no village by name Pedda Kandukuru in Besthavaripeta Mandal as such the representations of the petitioner cannot be considered. Without going into the merits of the case suffice it would be, to direct the third respondent to consider the representations dated 30.08.2010 and 31.03.2011, if the same are pending consideration, in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No

costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
