This Writ Petition was filed challenging the order of suspension of authorization of the petitioner dated 20.02.2015 issued by the third respondent.

After filing the Writ Petition, the third respondent passed an order of cancellation of authorization of the petitioner dated 20.08.2015. The Writ Petition has, therefore, become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
