CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.801 of 2015 Dt: 29.09.2016 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) is filed against Order, dated 10-08-2015, in A.O.P.No.1 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishna, Machilipatnam. Dr.Pundla Bhaskara Mohan, learned Counsel for the appellant, filed Memo, dated 19-08-2016, in the Registry wherein it is stated that the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and that the appellant seeks to withdraw the CMA. Today, at the hearing, Mrs.V.Baby Rani, learned Counsel representing Dr.Pundla Bhaskara Mohan, learned Counsel for the appellant, has reiterated the contents of the said Memo. In view of the same, the CMA is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the CMA, interim order, dated 26-04-2016, is vacated and CMAMP.No.1713 of 2015 is disposed of as infructuous.
