- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.24763 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners to declare the action of respondents 5 to 9 in not conducting re-survey of the subject lands in various survey numbers mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of writ petition, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and to direct the 5th respondent to conduct re-survey of the subject lands.

When the matter is taken up, learned Senior Counsel representing the counsel on record, placed on record, the letter dated 19.11.2019, addressed by the petitioners to the counsel on record M/s.K.Kiran Mayee, requesting her to withdraw the writ petition.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to avail civil law remedy as sought by the petitioners in their letter dated 19.11.2019. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
