CVNR, J & TR, J FCA.No.286 of 2011 Dated:30.01.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 02.09.2011, in O.P.No.691 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vijayawada.

Mr. K.Umapathy, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 25.01.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein it is stated that he was instructed by the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, Mr. Arshad Ahmed, learned counsel representing Mr. K.Umapathy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that as the parties have settled the dispute out of Court, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. In the light of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
