3. Having regard to the nature of controversy and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interest of justice would be met, if the petitioners are permitted to make representation afresh to the respondents for redressal of the grievance for consideration by the respondents and for passing appropriate orders, by fixing some timeframe.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without going into merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, permitting the petitioners herein to make fresh representation to the respondent authorities for redressal of their grievance, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any
such representation is made to the respondents, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 22.02.2016 SS
