O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 20.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.31444 of 2016.

Learned Standing counsel for the 5th respondent produced a letter dated 01.11.2016 stating that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same, but states that the respondent authorities have not considered the issue in proper perspective.

It is to be seen that the validity of the order passed in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, cannot be challenged in the contempt case.

In view of the same, contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
