The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. A.K. Mynuddin, Advocate for the Petitioner and the G.P. for School Education for the Respondent No. 1, Sri A. Abhishek Reddy, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 and Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee, Advocate for the respondent Nos. 3 to 5, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Though the respondents filed a counter affidavit, this Court had to consider the rival contentions in detail.

Pending further orders in the Writ Petition, the students of the petitioner-Institution shall be allowed to write the examinations subject to payment of the examination fee, but the results shall not be declared. Post on 12-08-2015".
