The petitioner, by way of instant Habeas Corpus writ petition, seeks production of his son Master Jahangir Basha, who, according to him, has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.3 and 4. Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader submits that Jahangir Basha has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 237 of 2015 at Sirvella Police Station on 07-01-2016 and since he is a minor, he was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, Kurnool and presently he is in remand home. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
