THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR And THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO F.C.A.No.370 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) 1) The appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 11.08.2017 passed in F.C.O.P.No.1118 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy.

2) The respondent herein filed F.C.O.P.No.1118 of 2010 seeking dissolution of the marriage on the ground of cruelty. Vide judgment and decree dated 11.08.2017, the learned Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy, allowed the said O.P. Challenging the same the present appeal is filed by the appellant/ wife. 3) During pendency of the appeal, both the parties filed a joint compromise memo vide U.S.R.No.6879 of 2017. Today the appellant and respondent are present. Sri Ch.Venkat Raman, Advocate, identified the appellant and Sri Gudiseva Narasimha Rao, identified the respondent. When examined, the appellant stated that at the instance of the elders, they have settled the matter out of the Court and both the parties agreed to stay together. In the compromise memo filed, it has been stated that after passing of the order, both the parties along with female child will live together.

4) Having regard to the fact that both the parties have agreed to live together, F.C.A.No.370 of 2017 is disposed of in terms of the compromise and the order dated 11.08.2017 passed in F.C.O.P.No.1118 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy, is hereby set aside. The compromise memo shall form part of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
