The Revision is allowed permitting additional issues. So far as the additional issues formulated, the same are moulded as follows:- Whether the plaintiff is in abroad at the time the alleged payments made on 01.09.2014 and 04.09.2014 and if so, the discharge pleaded by the defendant is true?
