The petitioner prays for the following relief: ...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the police in interfering in civil disputes as illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondent and his subordinates not to interfere with the petitioner possession over the property bearing H.No.2-76/8 and 2-76/4, Chinna Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy district and pass..........."

The stand of respondent in the counter affidavit is as follows: "It is pertinent to submit that as of now, no complaint whatsoever is received or registered against the petitioner herein on the file of Rayadurgam Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. It is submitted that this respondent or his subordinates never interfered with the subject matter of the petitioner herein. It is submitted that the dispute of the petitioner is purely civil in nature and hence this respondent police have nothing to do with it..." This Court is of the view that no case is made. By placing on record the stand of respondent in the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
