It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions that the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petitions, Interim Orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
