THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21816 of 2018 ORDER:

A perusal of the material before this Court discloses that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted representations on 24.05.2018 and 18.06.2018 to the Commissioner and the apprehension of the petitioner is that without considering the said objections, the respondent-authorities may proceed with the process of renewal of C.1 License in favour of the unofficial respondent No.5.

If that being so, it would be appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the above said objections submitted by the petitioner herein at the time of considering the application of the 5th respondent for renewal of C.1 Licence, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
