HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 4590 OF 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 03.08.2015, which reads as under:
"Pending disposal of the OA, by way of interim Relief, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the claims of the applicants in the light of the representations of applicant No.3 dated 02.05.2013, 28.11.2014 subject to the rules in force within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners to ascertain whether the petitioners representations dated 02.05.2013 and 28.11.2014 was considered by the respondent authorities or not; and further submits that if the said representations are still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that if the representations dated 02.05.2013 and 28.11.2014 are still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioners representations dated 02.05.2013 and 28.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of directing respondent authorities to dispose the petitioners representations dated 02.05.2013 and 28.11.2014, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner.
