HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.21603 & 21610 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions submit that the lis in both the writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 23.03.2018 in WP.No.9818 of 2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time for filing counter.

As this Court has already disposed of the similar writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of these writ petitions in terms of the said order.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, both the writ petitions are disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to issue a certificate desired by the petitioners in their applications, through Mee Seva by following the procedure established by law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Office is directed to append a copy of the aforesaid order dated 23.03.2018 in WP.No.9818 of 2018, to this writ petition. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
