Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondents are not considering the representations made by her on 14.08.2021 and 23.09.2021 for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject plot situated at Nizampet Municipality, Qutubullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes F-Line application through online, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed thereon by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make F-Line application through online before respondent No.2 seeking survey and demarcation of the subject land and paying the requisite fee through Mee-Seva, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already made. On such application being made, the respondents are

directed to complete the survey/sub-division/demarcation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks thereof. It is needless to mention that before undertaking any survey, the authorities shall put the petitioner as well as the neighbouring landowners on notice, and take into account the work memos, if any, filed by any of the parties.
