to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.08.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7091 of 2022. Learned Counsel for petitioner in Crl.P.No.7091 of 2022 submits that this Court on 08.08.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.7091 of 2022 granting regular bail to petitioner/A38; and that at para 5(i) of the operative portion, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District' instead of 'Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad (made over to) Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.'

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para 5(i) of the order with the following para and issue corrected copy of the order.

"5(i). The petitioner/A38 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad (made over to) Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad."

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.08.08.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.7091/2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
