THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.1512 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services, Andhra Pradesh State, has produced before this Court the proceedings dated 02.07.2018 issued by the second respondent, whereby the representation dated 02.04.2018 made by the petitioner has been rejected. Copy of the same is communicated to the counsel for petitioner.

In view of the above, we hereby closed the Contempt Case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand dismissed.
