HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.136 of 2015 ORDER :

This transfer criminal petition is filed to transfer C.C. No.343 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Machilipatnam, Krishna District to any competent Court to Guntur District.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and this Court not considered any grounds to transfer the application invoking Section 407 or 482 Cr.P.C. but for if at all some of the petitioners want to represent the other petitioners before the trial Court. Having regard to the same, the petitioners are permitted to file an application under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice and in such an event, the learned Magistrate shall permit the petitioners with necessary conditions.
