THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.5386 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.N.Hari Prasad, counsel for petitioner. The plaintiff in O.S.No.48 of 2007 is the revision petitioner.

The petitioner filed I.A.No.440 of for production of alleged agreement of compromise dated 07.10.2016. The respondents herein among other objections contended that the agreement dated 07.10.2016 was not entered into, much less, in the presence of MLA or in the Police Station. The learned trial Judge has taken note of, all the relevant circumstances, namely nature of suit, prayer in the application and objections raised by the respondents herein and dismissed the I.A. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition.

Mr.Hari Prasad substantially reiterated the grounds stated in the affidavit filed along with I.A.No.440 of 2017. The simple way to meet the submission is expressing the concurrency with the findings recorded by the trial Court.

The Civil Revision Petition fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
