Both parties are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. The terms of the compromise are read over to them and they admitted them to be true and correct. I, therefore, find that the compromise is voluntary. A.S.M.P.No. 868 of 2016 is, accordingly, allowed. As the parties compromised the matter, a decree in terms of the compromise is passed. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the compromise to the decree. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
