P. Hanumantha Rao, v. The Principla Secretary To Government
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.15592 of 2004 ORDER:
As there was no representation for the petitioners on 07.11.2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 24.11.2015.
On 24.11.2015, learned counsel for the writ petitioners sought time and therefore, the matter was again directed to be listed today under the same caption, i.e., "For Dismissal".
The learned Government Pleader for Endowments (AP) and the learned standing counsel for the third respondent are present. Despite listing the matter today under the caption "For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
