THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7095 of 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioner/Accused No.2 seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.368 of 2021 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad Police Commissionerate, Telangana, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 466, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The petitioner is alleged to have committed offence under Sections 420, 466, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that she has obtained forged and fabricated 13-B Certificate and pursuant to the said certificate, sale deeds were executed in respect of the land in question.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner Sri P.Venugopal submits that apart from the present crime, there are three other Crimes i.e. Crime No.48 of 2021 of Chevella Police Station, Crime No.68 of 2021 of Banjara Hills Police Station and Crime No.333 of 2020 of Shabad Police Station registered on the very same allegations and the all the F.I.Rs. are filed as part of material papers.

As seen from the contents of all the complaints, the allegation pertaining to the very same transaction, in the said circumstances, this Court feels it appropriate to grant the relief of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail in the event of her arrest, subject to the following conditions:
1) The petitioner/Accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release the petitioner/Accused No.2 on bail, on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioner/Accused No.2 shall appear before the police as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.
3) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
