There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents not to interfere with civil, human and fundamental rights of life and liberty of the petitioners by calling them without reason or complaint to the police station consequently and direct the 4th respondent to register a case against the 5th respondent and his henchmen Mr.Naresh, Mr.Nagaraj who claimed to be a Police Officer and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 placed on record the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. 4.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that as per the records no complaint or case of whatsoever is received or registered against the petitioners on the file of the Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. The allegation of the petitioners that they received a phone call from the 4th respondent and summoning them to the police station to answer for not procuring a loan from the 5th respondent saying that he filed a written complaint against the petitioners and the advocate for the petitioners went to the police station, where he was informed that on the instructions of the 3rd respondent, they were called to the police station and in the police station, the 5th respondent was present and he threatened the

petitioners in the presence of Duty Sub-Inspector are all absolutely false, baseless and concocted, the same were also denied. It is further mentioned in the written instructions that the dispute between the petitioners as well as the un-officials respondents appears to be purely civil in nature relating to money transactions, for which the respondent police are nothing to do with it. It is also specifically mentioned in the written instructions that the respondent police never summoned the petitioners nor interfered with their life and liberty. It is also mentioned that the 4th respondent has not received any communication by the date of issuance of the written instructions on the complaint lodged by the petitioners with the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad. If any communication is received, the action will be taken on the complaint of the petitioners, as per law. 5.

In view of the above said written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
