Even it is posted under the caption for orders to submit legal position for any entitlement if at all by the appellant for a gratuitous passenger of goods vehicle, but for against owner, there is no representation. Thereby this Court felt instead of deciding the matter on merits to dismiss the same for default.

Accordingly, the CMA is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
