It is brought out by the learned Standing Counsel that final order of termination of service have already been passed and hence this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedy.

Preserving the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
