THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3863 OF 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set-aside the order dated 08.01.2018 in I.A.No.3 of 2018 in O.S.No.53 of 2011 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Rajampet, Y.S.R. Kadapa District.

In view of the detailed passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4787 of 2018 dated 24.08.2018, this civil revision petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appropriate application in the event of obtaining certified copies of the documents, after compliance of Rule 130 of Civil Rules of Practice to summon the witnesses under appropriate provisions. In the result, civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
